We may collect name, email, phone number, company, billing data, messages submitted through forms, usage activity, IP address, and technical data required for security, analytics, and commercial geolocation.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to answer inquiries, deliver requested information, manage accounts and payments, operate automations, improve commercial performance, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations.

3. WhatsApp and Messaging

We only send WhatsApp communications when there is a user-initiated action or valid consent. Related conversations and data may be logged with timestamp, source, and operational context for commercial follow-up and support.

4. Payments and Providers

Payments may be processed through third-party providers such as Stripe. We may also use email, analytics, infrastructure, geolocation, and database services to operate the platform.

5. Retention and Security

We keep information only for as long as needed to operate the commercial relationship, resolve issues, maintain internal records, and comply with legal requirements. We apply reasonable technical and operational safeguards, although no system is completely infallible.

6. Your Rights

You may request access, updates, correction, or deletion of your data, and you may withdraw consent for future communications where applicable.

7. IreInvoice Mobile App

The IreInvoice mobile app (iOS and Android) collects and processes the following data:

• Receipt images captured via camera or selected from the photo gallery. These images are transmitted to our servers for OCR processing and fraud analysis.
• Email address and session data used for authentication.
• Data extracted from receipts via OCR: vendor name, amount, date, tax data. This processing is necessary to deliver the contracted service.

The app requests camera and photo library access exclusively for receipt capture. No app data is used for advertising purposes or shared with third parties for marketing. Receipt data is retained for 6 months, after which it is automatically deleted.

As a mobile app user, you can exercise the following rights at any time from the Settings screen within the app:

• Access to your data (GDPR Art. 15)
• Data export in JSON format (GDPR Art. 20 — portability)
• Permanent account and data deletion (GDPR Art. 17 — right to erasure)
